Exchange Policy

Nivora Collection does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of its products.

All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 05 days only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.

  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 05 days of the original order delivery date.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  • Discounted items cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

Nivora Collection uses POSTEX logistics for order delivery.

Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before payment. In case a customer opens the parcel without informing the brand at the doorstep, they will be responsible to pay.

Order Cancellation

Nivora Collection does not offer a “refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items.

Customers paying via Credit Card or Debit Card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back; instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Nivora Collection within the next 20 days.

Nivora Collection may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit/debit card payment is declined.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Nivora Collection Product Disclaimer

Nivora Collection makes every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may occur due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may slightly differ from the original products.

Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting during the photoshoot, your device display settings, or printing quality of catalogues and/or inlay cards.

All details of Nivora Collection products are given on the website, and we make every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review the product details carefully.

If any prices change during order placement due to a technical fault, we will send the package at its original price and inform the customer accordingly.
